PIA got the solution for its problems-social media banned for employees.
Recently some pictures revealed on social media about supply of unhygienic food for PIA customers. PIA is facing some heaving bashing from social media which leads to ban of using social media for its employees, PIA officials claimed that some of the employee took these pictures and uploaded on Facebook.
I don’t know this strategy will work or not but the real issue is not social media but actually to align SOPs to provide healthy food for passengers.
It has been contentiously reported that PIA food having not up to international standards , supreme court also guided PIA to provide healthy food to the passengers which is the basic right of a customer who travels through any domestic or to an international flight.
